Christian completed his Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University. He is currently in his final year of the Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the Institute of Social Neuroscience and is on track to graduate at the end of 2026. Christian is a registered Provisional Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Christian has nearly one year of experience working in a community mental health clinic, providing psychological support to clients across a broad range of presentations including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), adjustment disorders, ADHD, phobias and general emotional difficulties. He also has experience working within NDIS disability services, providing mental health counselling to adolescents, and volunteering with a men’s support organisation.
Christian has worked with children, adolescents, adults and older adults across a variety of settings, and has a particular interest in supporting young adults experiencing anxiety and depression.
Christian is committed to working collaboratively with clients and adopts a curious and individualised approach to therapy. He aims to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood while working towards meaningful and lasting change.
Christian works primarily from a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) framework, but can employ elements other evidence-based approaches when appropriate to best meet each client’s individual needs.
